Many of our guests are “repeat guests”, making their annual pilgrimage to Indian Shores year after year to celebrate milestone events.  Make one of our condos your preferred destination on Indian Shores Beach, and begin creating memories to last a lifetime.

Upon booking, your reservation will be held for 48 hours pending

confirmation of your initial payment, (25% of the total), being sent.  

A link to make payment securely will be sent to you to secure your reservation.


Should your plans change within the 48 hour period, 

please notify me as soon as possible so that

 potential guests are not turned away unnecessarily.

(Reservation is not guaranteed until payment has been made)


Once initial payment has been received,

your reservation is confirmed until the balance due date.

The balance due date is 60 days prior to your arrival date,

at which time your final payment is due. 


Non receipt of either initial or final payment within the times

specified could result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy – Reservations require a 60 day cancellation notice prior to the scheduled day of arrival, for 3 day or weekly stays, to receive an advance initial payment  refund, less a $150.00 processing fee , also forfeited are any fees imposed by booking agency, if other than Tin’s Beach Rentlas, and all credit card fees accessed from Tina’s Beach Rentals.    All monthly stays require a 90 day notice. Changes to reservations within 60 days of scheduled check-in date that result in a cancellation, and/or reduced value of the reservation or a reduction in the number of nights will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that cancellations and/or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant a refund.


HURRICANE POLICY: 

If you are ordered to evacuate, follow weather channel (09) news instructions and leave immediately if ordered to do so.  Local officials will direct you to local shelters if necessary. In case of emergencies, dial 911.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – One option for Guest Cancellation Insurance is available through TRAVEL GUARD.  Travel insurance coverage will protect you from a wide array of unexpected events such as unpredictable weather, a medical or family emergency. We do not issue a refund in the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued in association with a hurricane warning. Travel insurance is the sole source for reimbursement in such an event.  Specific coverage questions should be directed to Travel Guard, 1-877-249-5376. 


PLEASE NOTE:  

All of our condos are “NON SMOKING” and “NO PETS” are allowed.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age

(Legal photo ID required upon request)

Also, please do not move any furniture around in the condo.
